Case - JAC Manager

JAC is the Europe’s top manufacturer of bread slicing machines and the JAC Manager is a computer platform that allows the control of their machines, no matter where the machines are. The JAC Manager works as a server that provides fully control of the machines through an easy interface. Some of the most important characteristics of the JAC Manager are the following:

• Online status of every machine
• List and details of the alarms
• Reports and logs per machine, customer, type of cuts…
• Information of every intervention that has taken place
• Configuration of the type and number of cuts the machine must perform

The communicaction between the machine and the platform is carried out by a Fastrack Modem.
